He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mamaux and Betty Mamaux. He is survived by: his wife Tammi L. Lackey (Florek); his children, Cory Lackey, Courtney Lackey, Justin Lackey and Krista Lackey; and his brothers, Fred Lackey and Bobby Mamaux (Jen). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
