She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayden and Ruth Hayden of Jeannette, PA.; her husband Donald Sr.; her son Donald Jr.; her mother-in-law Mildred Hoadwonic; and her brothers, Robert and Roger Hayden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lorie Weirs (Mark) and Kayla Hoadwonic; her grandchildren, Cortney Shrum (Colin), Griffin, Leighton Hoadwonic, Fox and Soren Montgomery; and her siblings, William Hayden (Pat), Gloria Rytel (Ed), Janice Petrosky (Carl), Wayne Hayden (Regina), Ralph Hayden, Becky Carl (John), Vickie Hayden, John Hayden (Cindy), Gail Shaw, Mike Hayden and Michelle Stout (Craig).
