Siess (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in Mineral Point, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Siess and Dora Siess. He is survived by: his wife Esther Siess; his children, Karen Siess of Uniontown, Cathy Jo Bieda (Gary) of White Oak and William E. Siess II (May Kay); and his siblings, Robert Siess (Dorothy) of Pittsburgh and Maxine Siess of Cabot. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
