He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Ann (Fetsko) and Benjamin Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Perkins (Carlise); his children, Lisa Meikle (Heath) of North Huntingdon, Brian Perkins (Natalie) of Washington Twp and Eric Perkins of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin Meikle, Noah, Tanner and Sophia Perkins; and his sisters, Kathy Dugan (late Joseph) and Karen Weber (Allan). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
