He was predeceased by: his parents, Orran Kelley and Ruth Woods Kelley; and his siblings, Shirley Ann and Phillip. He is survived by: his girlfriend Loretta Bunn; his children, Tammy Kelley of Sedona, Ariz, Randy Kelly (Jennifer) of Collierville, Tenn and Kevin Kelley of Yukon; his granddaughters, Skyla Bird of Sedona and Ariz; his stepchildren, Randal Bunn of Smithton and Nicole McKendree of Slickville; and his siblings, Nancy Jean Viviani (Terry) of Coal Center, James Kelley (Carol) of Wyano, Wayne Kelley (Karen) of Ruffs Dale and Mark Kelley of Youngwood.
