He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Lewis Jr. and Virginia L. Lewis (Wescott); and his nephew Kevin Thomas Pushic. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Lewis (Gallaway); his children, Pam Cotter (Alex) of Irwin and Kelly Stants (Glenn) of Smithton; his grandchildren, Tara, Brandon, Cameron, Kayleigh, Kaine and Gavin; his siblings, Ronald Lewis (Jan) and Linda Lewis Frye of Greensburg; and also Anita. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
