He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Sr. Forsyth and Josephine Forsyth (Baugh). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Forsyth; his daughter Rebecca Ann "Becky" Forsyth; his brother Harold Forsyth; his sons, Richard A. Forsyth of Irwin and Ronald A. Forsyth (Cheryl) of Lancaster; his stepchildren, Candy Fogle of Sunset Beach, NC and John Fogle of Harmony; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Hannah, Bailey, Cara, Cally and Corey; and his sister Shirley Goodnight of Delmont. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
