He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kostovny and Margaret Kostovny (Magnus). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kostovny (Kotulsky); his children, Dana Morris (Jeff) of Canton, OH and Nicholas Kostovny; his granddaughter Olivia Morris; and his siblings, Edward Kostovny (Susan) and Dolores Zoretich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church.
