He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lazzaro and Catherine Ossler Lazzaro; and his son Anthony "Opie" Lazzaro. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his daughters, Natalie Lockhart (Logan) and Stephanie Adeniran (Olamilekan); his siblings, Michael, Stephen (Janet), Richard Lazzaro (Adrienne), Joann, Patricia Lazzaro and Mary Beth Kernan (Timothy); and his grandson Samson Adeniran.
