He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Palutro and Emilie Palutro (O'Bradovic); and his son Curtis Palutro. He is survived by: his wife Penny Palutro (Hursh) of Cheswick, PA; his children, Craig Palutro (Kylene) of Jackson Center, PA and Gina Marie Kibbie (John) of Butler, PA; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Grace, Nathan, Ben, Chris, Nic, Sam and Justin; and his daughter-in-law Amy Palutro. He is also survived by great-grandson, nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ott Funeral Home Inc. (805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ott Funeral Home Chapel (805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, PA 15642).
