She was predeceased by: her brothers, Alan (Yvonne) of Norwich, England. and Barry (Muriel) of Norwich, England.. She is survived by: her husband Patrick A. Smith of Irwin; her children, Gary Smith (Lorie), Paul Smith (Melonie) of Irwin, Michael Smith (Danielle) of Level Green and Denise Fey (Bradley) of State College; her sister Patricia Clarke (Derek) of Mundesley England; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Allison (Corey), Mackenzie, Nicole, Emily, Haley, Luke, Samantha and Turner; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nora, Hunter and Camila; and also John V. Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
