Hudak III, Baylie, Jaydin, Levi and Mia Hudak; his mother Veronica Hudak (Peters); and his siblings, Linda Bigler (Ainsworth), Karen Mains (Ainsworth) and John Hudak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
