She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Carmack and Clarence Bickerstaff; her son Philip; her husband Phil Hawk; and her brother Paul Bickerstaff.
She is survived by: her son James Hawk; her siblings, Wayne (Marjorie), Dale (Cecelia) and Connie Bickerstaff; and her nieces and nephews, Stephen, Edgar, Dean, Michelle, April and Linda Bickerstaff.
