It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ruth Gallagher (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Howell and Virginia E. Howell (Dysard); her husband Frank Gallagher; her granddaughter Tricia Giordano; and her sister Mary Ann Freed.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Gallagher (Margie), Peggy Nixon (late Bill), Cathryn Ott (Joseph Jr.) and Carolyn J. Brigode (John); her grandchildren, Erin Leydig (Eric), Christine Naples (Darrin), Jackie Butler (Rich), Melissa Johnson (Justin), Joseph Ott III (Mary Ann) and Stephen Giordano (Lisa); and her siblings, Catherine Root, Jean Luzier and Bob Howell. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
