She was predeceased by: her husband Paul. She is survived by: her children, Robert Duffy (Carol), Janet Lewandowski (Bruce) and Maureen Murphy (Roger); her grandchildren, Jennie Shulikov (Paul), Ryan Loutsenhizer (Kirsten), Lauren, Robert, Aiden Duffy, Shannon, Kristen and Melissa Murphy; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Amelia; and her brother James Meininger.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heartland Hospice, Irwin, PA.
