She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Milos, Margaret Adzija (Telesko), Diane B. Palaschak (Nutting) and Paul Palaschak (Poncho); and her aunt Arlene Porter (Adzija).
She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Palaschak (Adzija) and Richard Palaschak; her brother Michael Palaschak (Liane) of North Huntingdon; her aunts and uncles, Michael Adzija (Nancy), Pete Palaschak, Betty Jean Palaschak and Diane Burkhart (Robert); and her nieces, Melanna, Harper and Lochlyn.
