He is survived by: his children, Tanner Smith (Carrie), Alexander Smith (Jessica) and Paige Smith; his grandchildren, Harper Patricia and Emerson Mae; and his siblings, Michele Poole (Jay), Rebecca Rindt (Dennis) and Charles W. Smith (Terri).
