He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Kenneth Armstrong Sr. and Edith Armstrong (Keefer); and his brother Bruce Armstrong. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Ramsey (Timothy) and Amy Smail (Gary); his grandchildren, Ashley, Zachary, Kelsey, Tyler, Shelby and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Charlotte; and his brothers, Terry Armstrong (Annie) and Daniel Armstrong (Ruth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
