He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Murcek and Nancy L. Murcek (Grubbs). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Murcek (Pasquale); his children, Jon Murcek of Maryland, Katherina Murcek and Abbey Murcek; and his brothers, Daniel Murcek (Laura) of Penn Township, Dr. Benjamin Murcek (Mardi) of Sandusky and Kirk Murcek (Jackie) of Murrysville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
