It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Costantino (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Grace Rominski Costantino; his children, Anthony Costantino (Amber), John Costantino, Tina Costantino Leslie and Tricia Asaro; and his sister Donna Penkova. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association in memory of John.
