He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mantich and Anna Mantich (Bazala); and his brother Richard Mantich. He is survived by: his sons, John A. Mantich Jr. of Slippery Rock and Richard Mantich (Stacey) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Zachary and Natalie Mantich; and his sisters, Betty Krolik (George) of New Stanton and Aundrea Gelder (Randy) of Jeannette.
