Jean Sklencar Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2022, at the age of 93, Jean Sklencar (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in Glassport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michele Masciantonio and Lillian Masciantonio (Marcenelle); her husband Leonard "Lenny" Sklencar; and her daughter Terri Kopchinski. She is survived by: her children, James Sklencar Boonsboro, MD (Ruth), Mary Jo Bowman of North Huntingdon, Connie Roland (Michael) of North Huntingdon, Joe Sklencar Yorba Linda (Jodi), Michael Sklencar (Amy Apel) of Murrysville and Christine Machi (Tony) of Mars; and her grandchildren, Karen Danfelt (Gene), James Sklencar (Emily), Christopher Sklencar (Danielle), Brian Bowman (Lauren), Ashlee Anthony, Shanyn Roland (Brian O'Leary), Jessica Hensel (David), Alayne Avila (Brandon), Emily Sklencar (Mark Carlson), Abby Sklencar, Anthony, Alyssa and Aubree Machi. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Jean's family is requesting that anyone attending the visitation or mass to please wear a mask.
