She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Pavlick (late John) of White Oak and Mark Bernick (Kelly) of White Oak; her nieces and nephews, Natalee Thomas (Jeff), Molly, Anthony and Abigail Bernick; and her great-nieces, Layla and Mila.
