She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mellinger and Mary Mellinger (Rosenstill); her husband Carl S. Proctor; and her siblings, Art, Howard Mellinger, Naomi Clutter, Ethel Kaufman and Darlene Kunkle.
She is survived by: her sons, Ray Proctor (Eileen) and Randy Proctor (Katrina). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
