He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. McIndoe and Catherine McIndoe; his former wife Audrey Y. Aston McIndoe; his wife Heloise Lehner McIndoe; his sisters, Elizabeth Myre (Nathan) and Jean Bendorf (Alfred); and his pet Muffin.
He is survived by: his children, George McIndoe III (Julie) of Mt. Lebanon and Margaret "Peggy" Lewis (Ron) of St. Mary's County, Maryland; his grandchildren, Bryan McIndoe (Laurisa) and Megan Tighe (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Cora Grace McIndoe and A. J. Tighe.
