We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2022, at the age of 90, Gaylord G. Martanis (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Maturkanic and Frances Maturkanic (Greco); his wife Evelyn Martanis (Derry); and his son-in-law Dale Grubbs. He is survived by: his brother Richard Martukanitz; his daughters, Lisa Shumard (Mark) and Dana Grubbs; his grandchildren, Anthony (Gina), T. C. and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Violet and Oscar; and his daughter Beth Chillinsky (Lou). He is also survived by family, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
