With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen G. Makosey (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2019 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gross and Evelyn Gross (Holiday); and her brother Ronald Gross. She is survived by: her husband James S. Makosey; her children, Steve Makosey (Stephanie) of Murrysville and Beth Makosey (Steve Burge) of San Jose, CA; her grandchildren, Robert, Katherine Burge and Evelyn Makosey; and her siblings, Jane Bradley (Dean) of Dravosburg and Jack Gross of Greenville. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
