She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Weaver and Mary Ethel Weaver (Mynatt). She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Hazel Jr.; her son Roger Lee Hazel; her siblings, Howard, Carl, Dulia and Ada; and her children, Robert E. Hazel of Irwin and Rene E. Hazel of Irwin. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.
