She was predeceased by: her parent Andrew Streza; and her son Michael Goughenour. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Sipos Streza; her sons, John Goughenour, Jr. (Cyndia) of Greensburg and Eric Goughenour (Debbie) of Chesapeake; and her sisters, Mary Ann Headley (Pat) of Utah and Andrea Vigue (late Terry) of Irwin.
