She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mallik and Anna Mallik (Morris); and her siblings, Annie Lipson, Marie "Toots" Pierce, Margaret Armbrust, Lucille Bosinger, Thomas, Marty, Charles, Larry, Harry and Elizabeth Mallik.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Stevens; her sons, Robert C. Stevens (Christine) of Adamsburg and William M. Stevens (Lindsay) of Greensburg; her grandsons, Braylee M. and Tyler W. Stevens; and her siblings, Richard Mallik of Churchill, Evelyn Bossar of Erie and Sara Filkosky of Claridge. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
