He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Temple (Rarick); his son Donald Lee Temple Jr. (Amber); his stepdaughter Kimberley (Opielowski) Paull (Robbie); his grandchildren, Ian, Paige and Lexi Temple; his niece Tamara Burnsworth (Paul Kessler); and his great-nephew Paul Braden Kessler Jr. A.
