He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Bryan, Kevin (Maria), Nathan and Justin (Jess); his grandchildren, Broadea, Grace, Camille, Zachary, Emily, Myla and Owen; and his siblings, Ernest T., David Petrulak, Karen Bales and Diane Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (308 2nd St, Irwin, PA 15642). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Penn Lincoln Cemetery (14679 Lincoln Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Denny's name to the Adamsburg Volunteer Fire Department.
