He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen E. Garbowsky (Strank); his mother Dorothy Emily Garbowski; and his son Michael Calvin Garbowsky. He is survived by: his children, Coleen Schlichte (Eric) of Renton, WA, Mark Garbowsky (Amy) of Baldwin, Colin Garbowsky (Lya Vue) of Carnegie and Heather Garbowsky of Irwin; and his grandchildren, Sean, Cian, Kathleen, Kyle, Calina, Cienna, Bailey, Luna and Mila.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Immaculate Conception Church.
