It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Garbin (Irwin, Pennsylvania), born in Westmoreland City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Garbin and Ida Garbin (Bianchi); his former wife Marlene Garbin (Anthony); his daughter Charlotte Siefert; and his siblings, John Garbin and Alice Marsiglio.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Garbin (Moyer); his children, Kathleen DeGuffroy (Robert), Bud, Irwin and Mark Garbin (Amy) of McDonald; his grandchildren, Robert DeGuffroy III (Amy), Pamela DeGuffroy (Robyn Bottesch), Mikenna and Alexander Garbin; his great grandchildren, Aidan and Ava; his stepchildren, Alvin and Bobbi Jo Maloy; his stepgrandchildren, Dezmond and Isaac Maloy; his brother Robert Garbin of North Huntingdon; and his son-in-law Tim Siefert of West Newton.
