He is survived by: his spouse Julie Zolyak (Esasky); his children, Henry "Hank" Zolyak and Mary Ann Ernette; his grandchildren, David Ernette and Adam Ernette; his parents, Steven Zolyak and Praska Zolyak; and his siblings, Michael, John, Pete, George, Andrew Zolyak, Helen Parker, Martha Buddick and Ann Czyzewski. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews.
