He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Mildred Obley (Henry); and his wife Elis Pearl Obley. He is survived by: his children, David L. Obley (Janice) of North Huntingdon and Carole J. Hanlin (Jeffrey) of Harrison City; and his grandchildren, Matthew L. Obley and Rebecca L. Obley (Jordan Dague).
