He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Dickey and Patricia J. Smith Dickey; and his sister Cheryl Scott. He is survived by: his children, Natasha, Joshua and William Jr.; his siblings, Carol Brown, Karen Ahmed, Joanne Zick, Cynthia Bergman, Julia Munt, Maliya McIntyre, Robert W. Jr., James A., Patrick J. and John E.; and his grandchildren, Dominik and Conner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
