He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mann and Hattie Mann; his brother Everett Mann; and also Russell E. Creel. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Mann; his children, Debria J. Greco (Anthony), Teresa Creel Hoskinson (Jim Lambert) and Lance B. Creel (Kelly); and his siblings, Charles Mann (Pat), Samuel Mann (Joyce) and Catherine Bromley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to Dementia association or to Alzheimer's association in Thomas memory.
