He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude Kiss Darbut. He is survived by: his children, S. Richard Darbut (Mary Lee), Douglas F. Darbut (Karen) and Brigid A. Darbut; his grandsons, Gregory Darbut (Evelyn) and Keith Darbut; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Darbut. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
