He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sr. Yurick and Frances Batcha Yurick; his wife Judith Patterson Yurick; and his sister Margaret Cindrich. He is survived by: his children, Janet Cunningham (Daniel) and Steven Yurick (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Sarah Yurick, Andrew Yurick, Erika Fussenegger and Amber Cunningham.
