He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fisher and Rose Johnson Fisher; his son Leland "Lee" Fisher Industry (Tracey); his former wife Sharon Lee Cicci Fisher; and his brothers, Clarence Fisher Jr. and Jack R Fisher.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Wyatt and Mikayla Fisher; his stepgrandsons, Alec Miller and Austin Taylor; his friends, Nicky, Jim, Michelle and Les; his wife Vicki Judd Fisher; his stepchildren, Michelle Miller, Todd Miller (Dana King) and Michael (Kelly); his brothers, Fred "Pete" Fisher (Helen) and James "Bill" W. Fisher of Fairmont, WV; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Jordyn Miller.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Melvin's name to Beaver United Methodist Church, 345 College Avenue Beaver PA 15009, or Smith's Ferry Methodist Church, 110 Liberty Avenue Midland PA 15059.
