He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry "Ti" Griffith (Dave) and Gary Headley. He is survived by: his children, Matthew F. Nicollette, Caitlyn Pike (Robert) and Emily N. McDole of East Liverpool, OH; his foster siblings, John Hall (Maryann), Jared "Gooch" Headley, John Headley of Calcutta, OH, Heather Hall and Jamie Headley of Calcutta, OH; his sisters, Mary Ann Sayre of Jacksonville, FL and Lisa Buchanan of East Liverpool, OH; and his grandchildren, Chase R. Pike and Gracelyn M. Pike.
