He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T Rhodes and Margaret V Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rhodes; his children, Robert Rhodes (Mary) and Miranda Fehir (Robert); and his siblings, Susan Sochats (Alan), Robert and Kevin Rhodes. He is also survived by his wife, his children, his grandchildren, and his great-grandchildren.
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made, if desired in Ken's memory to the City Rescue Mission, 319 S. Croton Avenue, New Castle, PA 16101.
