He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Smith and Annabelle Smith (Hineman); his daughter Anna Rose Kelly; and his grandson Scott Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith (Snow); his children, Donna Douds, Karen Sandy, Kenneth Smith Jr. (Shawnie) and Donald Smith (Beth); and his grandchildren, Mindy Christopher, Brittany, Chelsea Douds, Crystal Kelly, Jessica Sandy, Breanna, Zachery and Allison Smith. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
