He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pollack and Mary Pollack (Pazey); his wife Vivian; and his sister Mary Louise Costanza. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Shahen (Mitchell), Deborah Lesko (Michael) and Joseph Pollack (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Michael Lesko (Rachel), Emily Timmins (Thad), Megan Seech (Casey), Alaina Shahen and Christopher Shahen; his sister Eleanor Burkhart (Ed); and his friends, Dave McCrory, Jane Malloy, Jack Malloy and Jean Mounsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
