She was predeceased by: her parents, David Stevens and Mildred Stevens; her son Paul Shaffer; her siblings, Dr. Joyce Stevens and David (Marianne Stevens); and her son-in-law Gary Hapach.
She is survived by: her husband R. Ed Shaffer; her children, Steven Shaffer (Beth) and Barbara Bosworth (James); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Steven, Hanna Shaffer, Lauren, Stephen Hapach and Allison Bosworth; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Michael and Jocelyn Wamsley; her great grandchildren, Zaden and Calab Shaffer; her adoptive daughter Lizabeth Moore; her daughter Lauren Sherrod; and her nieces, Sarah, Susan and Hanna.
Memorial donations may be made to, if desired, to the Beaver County Cancer Society or Fairview Reformed Presbyterian Church in Hope's memory.
