She was predeceased by: her husband Arco Caffro; her son George Caffro; her son-in-law Richard Zapsic; and her siblings, Rudy, George, Miles Zetz, Mildred Chuldenko, Bertha D'Apollonia and Martha Nott.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Caffro (Dolly), Judith A. Zapsic and Jo Knight (Donnie). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Helen's name, may be made to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, 30 10th Street, Midland, PA 15059.
