He was predeceased by: his parents, Kiryiakou "Gus" Karyolemos and Hariklia "Harriet" Karyolemos. He is survived by: his wife Eleftheria Phillips (Kastrospoulos); his children, John Phillips (Pam) and Harriet Phillips; his grandchildren, Nicholas Phillips (Jazmyn) and Alexis Phillips (Dillon); his friend Cindy; and his sister Yiannoula. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice or Concordia Visiting Nurses, who provide such kindness and loving care to Harry.
