She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Adamek and Anna Margaret Adamek (Miller); and her sister Marjorie Goff. She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Llewellyn; her sons, Thomas E. Llewellyn (Cecely) and Timothy J. Llewellyn (Natalie); her grandchildren, Frank Dudash, Jessica Reynolds and Jack S. Llewellyn; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Reynolds and Octivia Dudash.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Carole's memory to the Beaver Library, 100 College Avenue, Beaver, PA 15009.
