With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert E. Matvya of Indianola, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor Matvya and Frank Matvya; his wife Thelma Matvya (Engster); his children, Shannon Ray (Robert), Jason Post (Tracy), Jennifer Prichard (Ryan) and Robert J. Matvya (Michele); and his sister Norma J. Pavlisko (Ricky). He was also cherished by one niece and several cousins.
The family strongly suggests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation for Veteran's.
